Papers and photographs related to the Confederate Rest at Forest Hill Cemetery (Madison, Wis.), a section of the cemetery where Confederate prisoners of war, who died in Madison, were laid to rest. The materials were compiled and written by Ruth Waterman while she was a member of the John Bell Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
